Make an honest attempt. An example of an “honest” attempt would be applying work over a 7-day period and participating in the training, doing any homework, focusing on listening and applying training on how to do so. A dishonest attempt would be waiting until day 7 and then throwing it all together and downloading our proprietary data. The Broadcast Academy can see exactly which content an end user watches and downloads on our back-end system. If our support staff can clearly see the member has not put in an honest effort, we reserve the right to deny any refund.
If the completed “Week One” has been illegally downloaded such as the videos, audio files, templates and Downloads, we reserve the right to deny any refund.
If the end user has watched any videos beyond “Week One” (So Week Two onwards) we reserve the right to deny any refund.
Before a refund is organised, all downloaded data must be fully eliminated from your servers and systems. Proof of data deletion which may involve a self-audit must be provided.
Refunds: No refunds are given in case of account termination due to rule violations in any of our groups.
Refunds: No refunds for in-person meetings or in-person events, online or in-person workshops or online or in-person masterminds and no transfer of tickets for in-person events or in-person meetings is allowed.

d. If someone else is using your Programme access or Materials you will pay us an additional full Programme fee for each additional user regardless of how much of the Programme they have accessed. This does not mean we give you consent to do so, but is a notice of part of the costs you will bear if you do – you will also be liable for our investigation, legal and other costs, and other loss and damage we may lawfully claim from you.
