Zaid Garcia needs mankind’s help

    by | Nov 11, 2020

My heart was moved into action last night when I found out this teenage boy for the first time on YouTube. Aged 2, a candle by his cot set it alight and he got 80% burns. The boy’s name is Zaid Garcia from Mexico (or his mum is) and he now lives in Texas, USA. The doctors sewed his eyes up. It made me feel sad he’s lived his life this long without even having his eyes unsewn to see if he can still see, his nose was never reconstructed (and looks sore like that) and so on. In the UK, this would never ever happen as he would get treatment for free and further money needed would be raised by the public.

However, fortunately, a wonderful American man has found little Zaid and started a fundraising campaign for him.
With the miracle of surgery nowadays, prosthodontics, hair treatments, potentially seeing again, and so on, this boy can really get what he deserves! He is so lovely to listen to, such a wonderful kid.

I have donated. Let your heart and head work for you in helping him too.

I tried to donate on Google chrome and it didn’t work, so I cut and pasted the URL onto Safari and the donation went through fine. So do try different browsers if needed.

The donation link is underneath the YouTube video here. Please like and share to get this boy all the help he needs and deserves.
